While it's easy for potential clients to visit the ELA website and see the quality craftsmanship, it's quite another matter to feel complete comfort from first meeting to finshing touches. We considered our vision to be a bit unique in that we wanted some big structures in a small space which presents it's own challenges such as water, utilities etc. Keith and the crew at ELA were superb at identifying the concerns and planning contingencies along the way. Keith designed a workable plan within a week of seeing the space which convinced my wife and I, Keith and the crew were the right company (2 other well known contractors didn't believe we could bring our vision to life with the limited space). Now, I know what things cost and how to run a business and with a 15x31 pool, 15x20 louvered pergola, fire pit, 14x45 deck, 50ft. retaining wall, underground water mitigation, grand landscaping, permits, utilities, lighting etc. this project would not be inexpensive, but ELAs contract price was well within reason and ELA met the contract price. I just can't say enough about the creativity, professionalism and personal touch ELA showed throughout the project. We've hosted many a party and will do so for a long long time - many thanks to ELA; our old contractor and new friends!!”
